A Note from the Sigma, 04Welcome to the Rho Alpha Chapter of the Zeta Psi Fraternity of North America. Zeta Psi is an international men's fraternal organization dedicated to leadership, academic excellence, service, and brotherhood. Zeta Psi's foundation is deeply rooted in tradition and commitment towards high ideals since its founding at New York University in 1847. Zeta Psi pioneered to become the first fraternity to extend from coast to coast, and the first international fraternity with chapters established in Canada. The Rho Alpha Chapter was founded at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1979. From our humble beginnings at 905 Main Street in Cambridge, we soon moved to our permanent home at 233 Massachusetts Avenue and expanded to become one of the foremost fraternities at MIT.
