Bio:

Born and raised in a small town about an hour away from Cambridge, I spent my childhood dreaming about attending MIT. Now that I'm here, I can say for sure that it really is as awesome as I thought it would be.

In high school, I played football, ran track, and participated on my school's math team. In college, I've been active on campus -- I was a member of my class' freshman Class Council, served on our Ring Committee (responsible for designing our class ring, the Brass Rat), and have participated in multiple UROPs at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab. I am studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and am interested in software development. Since being at MIT, I've spent a couple summers interning for Microsoft and another summer doing tech work for a hedgefund.

I moved into Zeta Psi my sophomore year and absolutely love it. I am always able to find people to study and hang out with. School is a million times easier with older Brothers who have already taken classes in my major and Brothers who are my year and take classes with me. With people always around, doing interesting things, I am constantly learning new things and am never bored. My fraternity has helped me learn a variety of skills -- ranging from how to solve a second order differential equation to how to spackle and repaint walls to how to organize a near-professional semi-formal. Further, the alumni connections I've made has opened up unique career opportunities (ranging from UROPs to internships to interviews at selective firms).
